Beautifully designed, well-equipped kitchen with ceramic sink, electric cooker and 2 plate hob, an under-counter fridge and icebox as well as kettle, toaster, crockery, mugs, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils. Please note there is no microwave
Tea Towels are provided as well as washing up liquid & basic cleaning materials
The kitchen also has a small breakfast bar built into the worktop with 2 wooden bar stools

4 foot 6 inch double bed with deep mattress, coat hooks, single wardrobe and under bed drawers

Bathroom
Shower with hot and cold water, heated towel rail, wash basin and flushing toilet

Outside
This shepherds hut overlooks the river and features a private patio with a covered seating area which is furnished with a table and chairs, sun loungers, hammocks, charcoal BBQ and a hot tub.
Whilst the property is pet friendly, we do recommend that pets are monitored at all times as the outdoors area is not fully enclosed.
(Please note that charcoal and logs for the BBQ aren’t provided however logs can be purchased on site for £10 per bag)
